Welcome to Stitches n Loops!
Hi, I’m Suzette — a crochet enthusiast with a love for creativity, color, and community. Whether you’re picking up a hook for the first time or have years of experience, I’m so glad you’re here. This space is dedicated to sharing my favorite patterns that are fun, functional, and easy to follow. From cozy blankets to stylish accessories and charming home décor, there’s something here for everyone.
Crochet has brought me so much joy, and I believe in passing that joy on — one stitch at a time. I hope you find inspiration, relaxation, and maybe even a new favorite project. Grab your yarn, get comfortable, and let’s create something beautiful together!
Below you will find links to my favorite patterns. While these patterns were not designed by me, I have used them to create some beautiful pieces. In order to give credit where it is due, I have included the name of the designer or the site where I found it for each pattern.

Who doesn’t love the thrill of starting a new project? The excitement of picking out yarn and the anticipation of the finished piece can be hard to resist. But, as time rolls on, some of those works in progress (WIPs) tend to pile up in the back of our closets, gathering dust. So, when is it time to let go of those projects that you know deep down you’ll probably never finish?
How To Store Your Works In Progress
As a crocheter there’s nothing quite as satisfying as watching your projects evolve into beautiful creations. But what happens when you need to set your work aside and tackle a new masterpiece? Proper storage of your works in progress (WIPs) is essential to keep them safe from tangling, pets, or even accidents. Here are some strategies to store your WIPs so you can easily track the yarn, hooks, and patterns you’ve been using.

Is your yarn stash out of control? Do you have yarn sitting in bags waiting to be put away or your stash looks like a tangled mess? Organizing yarn is more than putting all of the blue yarn in one pile and the pink yarn in another. It’s about creating a space that lets you create without spending your day looking for the yarn you know you bought and now can’t find.
